Adrian Younge: Something About April

One of the most original artists on the contemporary jazz/soul scene is coming to Warsaw for a special concert — “Something About April III”, the final chapter of a Brazil-inspired trilogy. This is a rare opportunity to hear this material live, in fully analog sound and with a complete instrumental lineup.

Adrian Younge is an artist whose music transcends genre boundaries. As the founder of Linear Labs and co-creator of the cult project Jazz Is Dead, he constantly explores new sonic territories. His latest project, composed entirely in Portuguese, is a tribute to Brazil’s musical tradition, with which he has been deeply connected for years.

Younge’s work is a fascinating blend of vintage aesthetics and modern sensibility. Known for scoring series such as Luke Cage and Raising Kanan, he builds musical worlds rich with emotion and atmosphere. His concerts are an experience — deeply immersive, intimate, and at the same time incredibly energetic.
