Lynda Dawn, a vocalist, songwriter, and producer from North-West London, is making a mark on the British R&B scene by blending soul, funk, and jazz. Inspired by her musical upbringing and experience in church choirs, she creates nostalgic, groove-filled tracks with an ethereal vocal presence.
Her breakthrough single Move from Gilles Peterson’s Brownswood Bubblers compilation earned her recognition as an “artist to watch,” and her debut EP At First Light solidified her position in the soul scene. Over the years, she has built a loyal underground following while refining her style.
