Mansur Brown returns to Jassmine! Every time he steps onto our stage, it’s more than just a concert. Mansur feels at home here, and to us, he’s more than just a guest – he’s someone we consider part of the family.
A producer, multi-instrumentalist, and guitarist with a distinctive style that defies easy categorization. Mansur’s music blends elements of R&B, hip-hop, ambient, rock, and electronic into one hypnotic whole. His debut album Shiroi (2018) and the Tesuto EP released in 2020 via Soulection signaled the emergence of a fresh sound—one that’s hard to mistake for anyone else.
Later that same year, he released Heiwa, his second full-length project, under his own label Amai Records, followed by the eclectic NAQI Mixtape.
Mansur’s rock influences come through most clearly in his expressive guitar playing, which shines in his live shows and sessions.
