Patrick Watson is a versatile artist whose career spans over 25 years. A winner of Canada’s Polaris Music Prize and multiple JUNO and Polaris nominations, he has been awarded gold and platinum records in Canada. Together with his band, he has performed on every continent, occasionally collaborating with full orchestras. His background includes singing in boys’ choirs, playing in jazz ensembles, and training as a classical pianist, all of which have shaped his eclectic musical style. He also composes for film and television, with his songs featured in series like The Walking Dead, Grey’s Anatomy, Orange Is the New Black, and This Is Us. Watson writes, performs, and records his albums with longtime collaborator Mishka Stein.
